ABOUT ME
I am a graduate of The University of Houston - Victoria with a bachelor's degree in computer science, and I am trained to solve the puzzles that computers sometimes bring.
A native of Fort Bend County, I want to bring quality in-home computer support to areas that are often overlooked. I offer quality service at competitive prices, and I only charge flat rates. Hourly charges can quickly build up when doing computer repairs...so you won't find any of those here.

MY SERVICES
COMPUTER SETUP & INSTALLATION

Setting up the computer in a desired location. Configuring the internet connection. Installing a printer and up to 3 pieces of software.
WINDOWS OPERATING SYSTEM INSTALLATION
$150
Installing and setting up a new version of Windows (Windows Operating System Not Included). Configuring the internet connection. Installing a printer, and up to 3 pieces of software. This service is also performed when the current Windows installation must be reinstalled.
HARDWARE INSTALLATION
$100
Installation of one piece of hardware, including printers, scanners, hard drives, memory, video cards, sound cards, network cards, I/O cards, and power supplies. Price of hardware not included. (At this time, I do not install motherboards, processors, or processor cooling fans.)
PC TUNE-UP
$100
Windows operations including Disk Defragmentation, Disk Check, Disk Cleanup, and Registry Scan. Removal of unwanted programs upon request.
SOFTWARE INSTALLATION
$75
Install up to 3 pieces of software. Software is not included.
VIRUS & SPYWARE REMOVAL
$100
Scan computer with tools to detect and remove various types of viruses and spyware.
DIAGNOSTICS
$100
Inspect computer hardware and software to determine the cause of error or malfunction and recommend actions to be taken.
DATA BACKUP
$85
Backup of personal files onto DVD. Up to 8 GB (2 DVDs) of data included.
DATA MIGRATION
$100
Transfer of personal files to a new computer or external device.
TRAINING
$100
Personal instruction on the general use of a computer or instruction on piece of software (for up to 3 hours).
